Saw in your frnds blog that SAP has a dev centre in Ra'anana (Israel).... AMDOCS has a major dev centre in Ra'anana too. Maybe Ra'anana is like israel's bangalore.
it is said that Israel has the largest no of startups after US. The Israeli lab still maintains a startup atmosphere from what i saw in one video.
